We come and look at it.
Thirty minutes, no charge, no obligation. A microcement wall, a full renovation, or a repair: we walk the property, look at what you want done, and follow up with a written quote.
The visit and the quote are free. Design work, where a project needs it, is quoted separately.
What happens on the visit
A finish
We bring the samples so you can hold the finishes against your own light, look at the walls, floors or wet room you have in mind, and tell you whether the substrate takes them as it is. You get the method, the area in m² and a price in writing.
A renovation
We walk the property, measure up and talk through what you want done and what it will take. You get a written quote covering scope, stages and the workmanship guarantee.
Maintenance
A 30-minute health check: AC, plumbing and electrical looked over, with a written report of what's good and what needs attention. The price for anything that needs doing follows within 24 hours.
Booking maintenance? The health check is normally AED 199, and it is free when you book a visit.
