Terms of service.

Who we are

These terms govern services provided by TruCo Technical Services LLC, a company registered in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By booking a visit or subscribing to a TruCo plan, you accept these terms.

The service

TruCo provides residential property-maintenance, renovation and specialist finishing services in Dubai. Maintenance covers air-conditioning servicing, plumbing and electrical inspections, handyman work and emergency callouts. Renovation, fit-out and specialist finishes such as microcement and limewash are delivered as projects.

Maintenance is booked per visit rather than on a plan. The scope of any visit or project is set out in the written quote we give you before work starts. Inclusions and frequencies shown on the public website are indicative; your written quote is the definitive record.

Service area

We work across Dubai. We aim to attend emergencies the same day where you call before 2pm; otherwise we agree response times with you when you book. Visits outside Dubai are available case-by-case and may carry additional charges or extended response times.

Pricing and payment

Maintenance is priced per visit and quoted in writing before we start. There is no monthly fee and no minimum term. Renovation, fit-out and specialist finishes are priced per project and also quoted in writing before we start. Prices are quoted in UAE dirhams (AED), inclusive of VAT, and your invoice shows the VAT line separately.

Maintenance visits are invoiced on completion, with payment due within seven days of invoice. Renovation projects are invoiced in the stages set out in your written quote. We accept bank transfer, card payment, and cheque payable to TruCo Technical Services LLC.

Parts and materials used during repairs are quoted separately. Work outside routine maintenance, including renovation, capital replacements and work outside the building envelope, is scoped and quoted as a separate project.

Cancelling work

Maintenance is booked and priced per visit, so there is no subscription to cancel and no minimum term. To cancel a booked visit, tell us at hello@truco.ae before the visit and there is nothing to pay. Visits already carried out are invoiced and are not refundable.

Access to your property

You're responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your property for scheduled visits. We'll always confirm the visit time at least 24 hours in advance. If we can't gain access at the agreed time and no alternative is given, the visit may be marked as completed.

Our liability

We carry public liability and professional indemnity insurance appropriate to the work we perform. Where our work causes direct, demonstrable damage to your property, we'll make good or compensate you, subject to the limits of our insurance cover.

We're not liable for consequential losses, loss of rental income, or damage caused by pre-existing conditions of the property that we couldn't reasonably identify during a standard inspection.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated to active subscribers by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
