Parts and materials are quoted separately, and anything structural is a renovation rather than a maintenance job.

Questions about the price.

What drives the cost of a visit?
AC is the bulk of the work in a Dubai home, so the number of units and what they need is usually what moves the figure. We tell you the number before we start.

What about a big property?
Same approach, it just takes longer. We walk it on the free visit and price the work from what is actually there.

Is the price VAT-inclusive?
Yes, quoted figures include VAT. Your invoice shows the VAT line separately.

Can I book a regular service?
Yes. Most homes want the AC serviced a few times a year, and we schedule those with you. Each visit is still quoted and invoiced on its own.

Is there a contract?
No. There is no monthly fee, no minimum term and nothing to cancel. You call us when you need us.

What do you not do?
Renovation, structural work and capital replacements like a full AC changeout are a renovation job rather than a maintenance one, and we quote those separately. Work outside the building envelope, so gardens, pools and gates, is not something we cover.

How do you respond to emergencies?
Call us and we come. Anywhere in Dubai, call before 2pm and we aim to be there the same day.

What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, card payment, and cheque payable to TruCo Technical Services LLC. Invoices issue monthly, payable within seven days.
