These are big houses, which changes the sums. A whole-floor finish covers more square metres than a Nad Al Sheba villa, so the price per square metre matters more and the disruption matters more again. Working over existing surfaces keeps a family in the house while it happens. Where a layout genuinely needs opening up, we do that too, specified and priced before anything is lifted.

- Per project, in writing, after a free site visit. Microcement is priced per square metre from AED 210. Every project carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee.
