What we are working with.
Around 1,000 homes in Emirates Living, across Deema, Forat, Maeen, Zulal and Ghadeer. Forat completed in November 2005 and Hattan in 2006, so much of the stock is now twenty years old.
Twenty years is the point where a refresh stops being enough. Kitchens and bathrooms are two layouts out of date, the wiring and pipework deserve a proper look, and the finishes are past saving. That is a full renovation, and the thing that goes wrong on full renovations is scope drift. We specify every finish up front, paint, tile and layout, so the quote you sign is the house you get.

Microcement
Seamless hand-applied cement at 2 to 3mm, with no joints and no grout lines. For feature walls, floors, wet rooms and staircases.

A breathable mineral finish with soft, cloudy depth that shifts as the light moves through the day. Built up in thin coats by hand, for feature walls and whole rooms.
